The CIP (Campus Improvement Plan) is developed and reviewed by the CPOC. It includes information on areas of success from the previous year and sets objectives for the current school year.

Each Cypress-Fairbanks school must submit a copy of the campus CIP in September. The CIP is then reviewed by a district committee and feedback is given back to each campus. Campuses submit revisions, and the district conducts final reviews. The district submits CIPs to the board for final approval.

The Lieder 2010-2011 CIP includes the optional component on campus culture. As a Title I school, verification of the required 10 components for Title I funding. Title I is also included in the Addendum. The Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) is now a required component for all campus CIPs. Items noted in the CNA as a weakness, concern, or area needing maintenance should be included as part of the action plan in the CIP.

The new electronic system does not yet allow for a hard copy of the CIP to be posted as a complete document. Sections of the CIP will be available for discussion at the meeting.
The 2009-2010 CIP is also posted if anyone is interested in comparing last year's CIP to the new one.
